Job summary

Exyte in Singapore seeks experienced BIM/CAD coordinator to lead creation and coordination of 3D BIM models and 2D drawings for multi-discipline projects in the construction sector.

Required: Engineering degree or diploma and 5+ years in BIM/CAD, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks, and ability to coordinate with Architects and Engineers to deliver compliant drawings on schedule.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma required.
• Senior/lead roles with 5+ years in BIM/CAD.
• Experience with 3D modeling and 2D drawings.
• Knowledge of coordination with engineers and architects.
• Proficient in CAD standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender, construction, as-built, shop and co-ordination BIM models and drawings.
• Verify and clarify design from engineering drawing perspective.
• Produce site plans, layouts, sections, elevations and details.
• Maintain and update drawings per revised layout and design.
• Coordinate with Architect and Engineer for submission drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet CAD-BIM standards.
• Produce 3D BIM model and 2D/3D deliverables.
• Assist on material take-off from 3D BIM model.
• Conduct field inspections related to design coordination.
