Job summary

Arup Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting a BIM Technician to deliver high-quality BIM models and documentation for Building Services projects. You will model, coordinate across disciplines and support design through construction, ensuring clash-free outputs.

You will provide Revit MEP expertise, participate in virtual design reviews and promote BIM best practices within a collaborative Southeast Asia team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of BIM modelling or drafting experience in a consulting engineering or contractor environment.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Experience with Navisworks, Solibri, Clarity, Autodesk Forma, Trimble Connect and BCF tools.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols and CDE workflows; BIM methodologies are a plus.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills; ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate high-quality BIM models, data and project documentation for Building Services projects.
• Produce drawings, modelling and multidisciplinary coordination during design and construction phases.
• Facilitate virtual design reviews and resolve clashes and design conflicts.
• Provide Revit technical expertise to modellers and engineers in the VDE.
• Monitor compliance with CDE standards and BIM project protocols.
• Collaborate with teams across Singapore and Southeast Asia to support delivery.
• Promote BIM best practices and digital workflows within the team.
