Job summary

ARUP SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a BIM Technician to develop and coordinate high‑quality BIM models and project documentation for Building Services. You will deliver modelling outputs during design and construction, while promoting Revit-based workflows and CDE compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of BIM modelling experience, strong Revit MEP skills, and effective collaboration across disciplines. Hybrid work options in Singapore are available with a focus on shared project success.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Engineering, Design, Drafting or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of BIM modelling or drafting experience in a consulting engineering or contractor environment.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Experience using BIM/coordination platforms such as Navisworks, Solibri, Clarity, Autodesk Forma, Trimble Connect and BCF tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate high-quality BIM models, data and project documentation for Building Services projects.
• Undertake drawing production, modelling and multidisciplinary coordination during design and construction phases.
• Facilitate virtual design reviews and resolve clashes and design conflicts.
• Provide Revit technical expertise to modellers and engineers in the VDE.
• Monitor compliance with CDE standards and BIM protocols.
• Collaborate with teams across Singapore and Southeast Asia to support delivery.
• Promote BIM best practices and digital workflows within the team.
