Job summary

Public Service Division seeks an experienced Engineer/Architect to support CORENET X platform and Model Checker systems. You will act as a business owner, collaborating with IT vendors, internal teams, seven government agencies and end users to drive delivery and adoption of CORENET X, including AI-enabled features.

The role focuses on BIM/IFC‑SG expertise, regulatory interpretation, and change management to ensure successful implementation across agencies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BIM with authoring tools (Revit/ArchiCAD).
• Familiar with IFC-SG standards and BIM data quality.
• Experience gathering requirements and coordinating UAT.
• Awareness of AI/ML concepts in construction tech contexts.
• Strong communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate regulatory requirements for CORENET X features.
• Support end-to-end delivery and track milestones with vendors and agencies.
• Translate regulatory requirements into computable logic for automated checks.
• Develop BIM test scenarios and validation cases for auditability.
• Coordinate change management and training for agencies and end users.
