Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking an experienced Engineer or Architect to support the CORENET X platform and Model Checker systems. You will act as a business owner, coordinating with IT vendors, BCA's internal IT team, line departments, and seven government agencies to drive delivery and adoption of CORENET X and its AI-enabled features.

In this role you will gather requirements, track milestones, translate regulatory needs into computable logic for automated checking, and plan

Qualifications

Degree in a construction-related, architecture or engineering discipline.
3–5 years of end-to-end construction project experience as an engineer or architect.
Hands-on BIM authoring tools experience (Revit/ArchiCAD) and IFC-SG knowledge.
Experience in requirements gathering, UAT coordination and system testing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Gather and consolidate regulatory requirements and support end-to-end CORENET X delivery.
Coordinate with vendors and agencies to track milestones and deliverables.
Develop BIM validation cases and computable logic for the Model Checker.
Plan UAT with agencies and manage defect tracking.
Support change management activities and training for adoption.
