Job summary

sggovterp seeks an experienced Engineer or Architect to support CORENET X and Model Checker systems, acting as a business owner to drive policy, process and system transformation across multi-agency collaboration in Singapore.

You will gather requirements, coordinate with vendors and agencies, translate regulatory needs into computable logic, and contribute to AI-enabled enhancements while ensuring regulatory compliance and auditability of automated checks.

Qualifications

Degree in a construction-related, architecture or engineering discipline.
Experience in requirements gathering, UAT coordination and system testing.
Hands-on BIM authoring experience (Revit/ArchiCAD) with IFC-SG standards knowledge.
Familiarity with AI, ML concepts and their application in automated checking.
Strong communication across multiple stakeholders and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Gather and consolidate requirements for CORENET X platform features and Model Checker capabilities.
Coordinate with vendors and agencies to track milestones and ensure timely delivery.
Translate regulatory requirements into computable logic for automated checking.
Plan and coordinate UAT, manage defects and verify system requirements before release.
