Job summary

Building and Construction Authority Singapore is seeking an experienced Engineer or Architect to support CORENET X Platform and the Model Checker. You will coordinate with IT vendors, internal teams, and multiple government agencies to deliver features, interpret regulations into computable logic, and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities include translating regulatory requirements, maintaining BIM test scenarios, and coordinating UAT across agencies while driving change

Qualifications

• Degree in a construction-related discipline.
• 3–5 years end-to-end construction project experience as engineer or architect.
• Hands-on BIM tools experience and IFC-SG familiarity.
• Experience gathering requirements, coordinating UAT and system testing.

Responsibilities

• Technological Enablers Delivery: gather requirements and drive end‑to‑end CORENET X features and MC capabilities.
• Model Checker Regulatory Interpretation: translate rules into computable logic and develop BIM test scenarios.
• Change Management and Training: plan activities to prepare agencies and end users for CORENET X adoption.
