Job summary

Web Synergies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM/Infrastructure Lead to guide projects through BIM Execution planning, model coordination, and documentation using Revit and related Autodesk tools. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to LOD and CoBie requirements across project phases.

The role requires 6+ years of leadership in infrastructure projects, deep BIM knowledge (Civil 3D, 4D/5D), and strong communication

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in leading infrastructure projects.
• Expert knowledge with proven practical application of Revit Architecture and Autodesk Suite integration.
• BIM knowledge of Civil 3D, 4D/5D and Bentley platform is a plus.
• Industry BIM certification (Revit Professional, BCA certification) preferred.
• BIM Management Certificate or Specialist Diploma in BIM is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plan.
• Maintain productive relationship with customers and internal team.
• Track and execute project scope and schedule to completion.
• Generate and implement Revit models per company/client standards.
• Define and apply required LOD and CoBie data.
• Perform model audits and create optimization strategies.
• Attend and chair VDC/technical meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Quality control on models provided by BIM coordinators/authors.
• Coordinate production of construction drawings and documentation using BIM technologies.
• Collaborate with BIM Managers/Coordinators across interfacing contracts.
• Establish clash detection analysis to resolve design/construction conflicts.
• Update and track all model changes; ensure BIM standards compliance.
