Job summary

STRADER CONSULT PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned BIM Coordinator/Engineer to lead BIM implementation for infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will develop BEPs, standards, workflows and ensure model quality across disciplines.

The role requires 5+ years of BIM experience with Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD proficiency, and familiarity with CDE platforms. Strong coordination skills and Singapore BIM standards knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, BIM/Digital Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM experience, preferably in infrastructure or engineering consultancy projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
Good experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection and model management.
Familiarity with Civil 3D, ACC/BIM 360 or other CDE platforms is advantageous.
Knowledge of Singapore BIM standards and submission requirements is preferred.
Good communication, coordination and team management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage BIM implementation and coordination for engineering and infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, workflows and project requirements.
Manage multidisciplinary BIM models, model federation and clash detection.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors and clients to resolve BIM/design issues.
Review BIM models and deliverables for quality and compliance with project and authority requirements.
Guide and support BIM Coordinators/Modellers and improve BIM workflows and digital processes.
