Job summary

SsangYong Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd is seeking a seasoned BIM Manager to lead the BIM strategy for a major hospital construction project in Singapore.

You will oversee the BIM execution plan, standards, and workflows, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architectural, civil & structural, M&E and specialist trades. You will drive clash detection, maintain model integrity, and ensure timely delivery of BIM information to support construction sequencing and handover.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in BIM, Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant BIM experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager or senior BIM coordination role.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare or complex building projects is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Experience developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans and standards.
• Familiarity with Singapore BIM requirements and project information management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM activities for a large-scale hospital project.
• Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan, standards, workflows and modelling procedures.
• Establish and maintain BIM coordination processes per project requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination between architectural, civil, structural, M&E and trades.
• Manage development, coordination and maintenance of BIM models through the lifecycle.
• Review models for compliance with requirements, standards and Level of Development.
• Lead clash detection and coordination using Revit, Navisworks and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and teams to resolve clashes.
• Monitor BIM deliverables and schedules to support project programme.
• Supervise BIM Modellers and Coordinators; establish QC procedures.
