Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation across multiple projects to ensure consistent application of standards
• Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols to optimize project delivery
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and quality expectations
• Review and validate BIM models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards to mitigate risks
• Provide BIM training, guidance, and ongoing support to project teams to enhance BIM capabilities
• Oversee BIM execution plans and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve digital construction processes and drive innovation in project execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant BIM experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role
• Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
