Job summary

PRO-MATRIX PTE LTD seeks a BIM Modelling & Documentation professional to develop and maintain MEP BIM models for data center projects using Autodesk Revit. You will produce coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation, and model to the defined LOD per BEP.

You will coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes, participate in BIM coordination meetings, and support construction with site feedback and design changes. On-site/off-site roles may apply.

• Proficient in BIM modelling and documentation.
• Strong coordination and clash resolution skills.
• Experience with site feedback and design changes integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models for data center projects using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce coordinated design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Model to the required Level of Development (LOD) as defined in the BEP.
• Ensure modelling accuracy, consistency, and BIM standards compliance.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP designers to resolve clashes.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement actions.
• Assist in review of shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Support construction teams by incorporating site feedback into BIM models.
• Support 4D, 5D, and 6D BIM requirements as directed by Lead BIM Modeler.
• Assist with COBie data population and asset information modelling.
• Maintain model data integrity for handover and O&M.
