Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator / Draftsperson to lead BIM drafting activities for local projects. You will prepare shop drawings and sketches using AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and AECOsim, and coordinate P&DS drawings with the project team.

The role involves quantity take-offs, reporting, and liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, main contractors, and other team members. Minimum 2 years of Plumbing & sanitary experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Plumbing & sanitary experience.
• Experience delivering BIM coordination and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BIM draftspersons to prepare shop drawings and sketches.
• Draw shop drawings, sketches and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation and AECOsim.
• Coordinate P&DS drawings across disciplines.
• Perform quantity take-offs.
• Local projects only.
• Prepare reports and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, main contractors and other project team members.
• Attend meetings with subcontractors, suppliers, main contractors and other project team members.
