Job summary

Staffhub Group is recruiting in Singapore for BIM designers with strong Revit skills. You will prepare drawings, create tender submissions, and ensure timely, professional design outputs. The role requires coordination with clients, consultants and site teams on design specifications.

The candidate should have at least 5 years working with Revit (BIM) and be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and PowerPoint. Singapore-based projects and site involvement are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience operating Revit (BIM).
• Preferably experience in landscape, architecture or M&E industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare working drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, presentations.
• Provide detailed drawings for tender submissions per requirements and regulations.
• Ensure design activities are produced on time and professionally.
• Plan design workflow and implement monitoring systems for efficiency.
• Perform site inspections to confirm quality and drawings.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants and site teams on design specs.

• Preferably working in landscape, architecture or M&E industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent team player and highly dependable.
• Hardworking with a strong sense of urgency.
