Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Diploma‑trained M&E BIM Drafter to model and draft M&E works using Autodesk Revit and Autodesk CAD. You will read architectural, structural and M&E drawings and prepare shop drawings for submission.

You will create Revit families with parameters, coordinate with subcontractors on shop drawing issues, and ensure layouts meet project requirements. A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of BIM modelling experience are required.

Qualifications

• BIM modelling and drafting of M&E works using Autodesk Revit and Autodesk CAD.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Create Revit families with parameters and ensure proper coordination with subcontractors on shop drawings.
