Job summary

EIC Engineering Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator in Singapore to lead the creation and update of BIM models, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation for multidisciplinary projects.

You will coordinate BIM workflows, perform clash detection, and ensure compliance with project standards while managing model libraries and producing progress reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Architecture/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as BIM Coordinator (preferably with A1 Main Contractor).
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla.

Responsibilities

• Produce and update BIM models, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings (Structural, Architectural, and MEP).
• Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution among project teams.
• Manage and maintain project models and drawing documentation.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and prepare progress reports.
