Job summary

CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator (MEP) to manage and coordinate BIM models for MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle in Singapore.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to keep the federated model clash-free and aligned with the BEP and BCA BIM standards. Responsibilities include model federating, clash detection, CSM/CSD/CBWD production, and data management within the CDE.

Qualifications

• Proven MEP BIM coordination experience in construction projects.
• Strong skills in clash detection and model coordination.
• Familiar with Singapore BIM standards and BEP requirements.
• Experience with CDE platforms and BIM/VDC processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for meetings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP models and federate across disciplines to a clash-free federated model.
• Run clash detection, document issues, and propose routing solutions.
• Produce and validate CSM/CSD/CBWD for site execution.
• Ensure BEP, ISO 19650, and BCA e-Submission compliance.
• Manage CDE data and support FM handover with CO_bie data.
