Hytech seeks a highly analytical Data Analyst to join its global BI & strategy team. You will translate complex datasets into clear business insights, detect abnormalities, perform deep-dive root cause analysis, and deliver executive-ready summaries to leadership and clients.

The role emphasizes data manipulation mastery, real-time reporting, and collaboration with data engineering and business units to ensure analytics align with real-world needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Expert SQL: ability to query large databases and optimize performance.
• Proficient Python: Pandas, NumPy for data manipulation.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience identifying trends and issues.
• Strong storytelling and ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to partner with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Deep-dive BI & analytics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Investigate data abnormalities and perform root cause analysis.
• Build and optimize automated data pipelines and dashboards using SQL and Python.
