Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Math, Data Science, CS, Finance, or related fields.
• Proficient in SQL for data querying.
• Familiar with Tableau or Power BI; basic Python (Pandas/Numpy) is a bonus.
• Have basic data sensitivity and logical thinking ability.
• Meticulous and responsible in data processing and able to meet report deadlines.
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Relevant data analysis, BI or business internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily data monitoring: extract, clean and validate business data for accuracy and consistency.
• Support BI dashboard maintenance and iteration: update dashboards, fix data anomalies, optimize display logic.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to respond to data requests and deliver standardized results.
• Assist in standardizing core indicators and data analysis specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business scenarios and support data-driven optimization.
