Job summary

Hytech is seeking a highly analytical Senior BI Analyst to join its global BI & strategy team. You will manipulate data, translate complex datasets into actionable strategies, and deliver high-level summaries to leaders and clients.

You will detect abnormalities, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with data engineers and business units to ensure analytics meet real-world needs. Fluency in English and Mandarin is valued.

Qualifications

• Educational background in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Finance).
• Technical mastery in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience identifying trends and solving real-world problems.
• Strong ability to tell a story with data, explaining the why and the implications.
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to collaborate with global teams.
• Experience in Fintech/Financial services data structures is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses of customer behavior, performance, and operations to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Identify data abnormalities and perform root-cause analysis for clarity to stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize automated data pipelines and dashboards for real-time reporting.
• Translate complex findings into concise executive summaries and actionable insights.
