Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales activities and expand client relationships within our Industry business unit. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with solid technical knowledge of inspection services and a proven track record in the Oil & Gas or engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new leads; conduct market prospecting and strategic outreach to potential clients
- Lead or support the full sales cycle: proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and negotiations
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales forecasts and activity tracking
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, O&G asset owners, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Resolve client issues in coordination with operations teams
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification
- Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and shutdown/turnaround activities
- Collect and report competitor activity and market positioning
- Identify new business opportunities within the inspection services portfolio
Internal Coordination & Commercial Support
- Liaise with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate scopes, pricing, and timely service delivery
- Support contract reviews for risk, compliance, and margin management
- Contribute to marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, brochures, and industry events
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience in TIC, Oil & Gas, or engineering services
Technical & Market Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of inspection services, workflows, and industry standards
- Preferably existing network in O&G companies, EPCs, or procurement teams
- Familiarity with O&G project cycles and requirements
