Responsibilities

• Lead the Battery Systems organisation in Singapore, spanning battery-pack engineering, BMS hardware, power electronics, charging and system integration.
• Set the organisation vision and translate battery strategy into capability plans, resourcing and leadership development.
• Establish clear decision rights, workflows and prioritisation to deliver safe, robust battery products on time.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and engineering quality through evidence-based design reviews and governance.
• Partner with safety, quality and category teams for certification evidence and issue resolution.
• Drive platform reuse and modularity while addressing product-specific safety and performance needs.
