Dyson Operations Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to head the Battery Systems organisation, defining the architectural direction for battery packs, BMS hardware, charging systems and integration across product lines. Mansioni

• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary Battery Systems organisation spanning battery-pack engineering, BMS hardware, power electronics, charging, wireless charging, system integration, verification and technical supplier engagement.
• Set a clear organisation vision and translate the battery strategy into capability plans, resource priorities, hiring, succession, technical leadership and sustainable workload allocation.
• Build a high-trust, high-accountability culture where engineers share evidence, challenge constructively, make risks visible and take ownership through to verified closure.
• Develop senior engineers and technical leaders who can make sound architecture decisions, lead critical reviews, mentor others and represent Battery Systems confidently across the business.
• Identify single points of dependency, skills gaps and capacity constraints early; establish credible recovery, cross-training and external-partner plans rather than relying on individual heroics.
• Create clear objectives, decision rights and operating rhythms across teams, with transparent prioritisation when demand exceeds capacity.
