Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Software Testing & Test Management.
• Strong Banking domain experience, particularly in Credit Origination, Loans & Customer Management.
• Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, Functional, Integration & Regression Testing.
• Experience with banking applications: CLR, CMT, RLP, LNS & GTD.
• Strong experience in test strategy, planning, execution, defect management and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
