Job summary
Saksoft Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Test Manager with 10+ years experience in Banking and Finance to lead testing delivery for complex programs.
You will manage multi-vendor engagements, define test strategies and plans, and ensure adherence to quality standards, while collaborating with governance and stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of Tosca, Selenium, Appium, and related tools, plus experience with Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall, is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in test delivery in large, complex Banking & Finance organizations.
- 5+ years in senior management testing roles with multi‑vendor delivery.
Responsibilities
- Overall accountable for delivery of testing services for Digital domain applications.
- Manage day-to-day testing delivery by bank-appointed vendors and oversee artefacts.
- Review and sign-off test strategy, plans and governance artefacts with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Test Governance to adopt testing standards, tools, and health checks.
- Escalate issues and ensure changes to scope are reflected in plans.
- Engage with application, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
- Quantify, track and report test statuses, SLAs and KPIs for portfolio.
- Drive testing transformation and innovation with test service providers.
