INFOGAIN SOLUTIONS PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Test Manager to lead the testing programs for Digital domain projects.

You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to drive testing initiatives and ensure timely delivery of testing services by Bank-appointed vendors in line with defined standards. The role requires 10–15 years of experience in large organisations, strong vendor and stakeholder management, and expertise across testing methods including Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
• Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with 10–15 years in large, complex organisations, banking/finance preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end testing with multiple vendor providers.
• Knowledge of testing standards, tools, processes, methodologies, frameworks (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall, DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Drive testing projects aligned to transformation strategy across the organisation.
• Ensure successful delivery of testing services for Cross Border Payments and NPS Enhancements Projects and production fixes.
• Manage testing services provided by Bank‑appointed test service providers per standards and processes.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of test services and vendor performance.
• Coordinate review and sign-off of test strategy, plans and artefacts with stakeholders.
