Job summary

Fuku, a leading consulting firm, is seeking a senior leader to drive core banking transformation programs in Singapore. You will guide strategy, operating models, and roadmaps across payments, lending, trade finance, deposits, accounts, risk and finance, delivering measurable business value.

You will lead multi-stream engagements, mentor consulting teams, and present to CIOs and other senior leaders, ensuring governance, benefits realization, and client outcomes in complex financial services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
10+ years of professional experience in a consulting firm serving banking or financial services clients.
Proven track record leading large-scale banking transformation programs.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders (CIO/COO/CTO/CDO, etc.).

Responsibilities

Lead end to end core banking transformation programs.
Advise on strategy, operating models, roadmaps across Payments, Lending, Trade Finance, Deposits, Accounts, Risk and Finance.
Provide trusted advisory support to client executives on transformation risks, prioritization, sequencing, and benefits realization.
Manage multi stream programs, align stakeholders, ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
Facilitate executive forums, workshops, and steering committees to accelerate transformation.
