Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to drive product delivery in the Banking or Wealth Management domain. You will gather requirements, manage the backlog, define user stories, and support Agile delivery with cross-functional teams.

You will own backlog priorities, collaborate with developers, QA, and UX/UI to ensure timely feature delivery, coordinate UAT and release activities, and prepare user documentation and training as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
10+ years of experience as Product Owner or BA.
Agile or Scrum certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into user stories and define clear acceptance criteria.
Own and prioritise the product backlog to align with business objectives.
Work with Business Analysts, Developers, QA and UX/UI throughout the lifecycle.
Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews and Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
Coordinate UAT planning, defect management, and release management.
Track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
Support production releases and issue resolution.
Prepare user documentation and conduct product demos.
Drive continuous improvement of product processes and stakeholder engagement.
