Job summary

WE-PLUS PTE. LTD. is seeking Senior / Client Consultants to support the delivery of strategic and execution-focused engagements for banking and financial services clients.

You will structure complex business problems, conduct analyses, and develop actionable recommendations, while coordinating senior stakeholder discussions and leading workstreams across multiple engagements. Strong presentation and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 2–10 years of experience in management/financial services consulting or banking.
• Structured problem-solving, analytical thinking and clear communication.
• Experience leading client-facing projects and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of cards, payments or digital financial services is a plus.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business challenges, priorities and outcomes.
• Structure problems into workstreams, hypotheses, analyses and recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis; synthesize findings.
• Develop frameworks, operating models, and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Create executive-ready presentations and compelling storylines.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops and governance discussions.
• Manage workstreams across engagements with quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with sales, risk, product, data and innovation teams.
• Apply financial services knowledge to strengthen recommendations.
• Contribute to proposals, business development and client relationships.
• Coach junior team members and foster a high-performing culture.
