Qualifications

• Experience in Banking/Financial Services (Must have)
• Experience in Business Analysis / Project Management
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management
• Hands-on MS PowerPoint & Excel for reports and trackers
• Team player with collaborative skills

Responsibilities

• Support governance and ensure deliverables meet scope and timelines using Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid approaches.
• Assist in developing frameworks and methodologies for engagements.
• Prepare delivery artifacts and perform QA to ensure standards and SDLC governance.
• Proactively own activities with minimal supervision and manage ad hoc workload.
• Attend meetings, circulate minutes, and follow up on action items promptly.
• Lead discussions with project stakeholders and drive agenda items.
• Oversee reporting and use Confluence, Azure DevOps, PowerPoint & Excel for tracking.
• Perform additional administrative activities as required.
