Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a Business Analyst to gather, analyze and document business requirements for banking capabilities, partnering with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver aligned solutions.

The successful candidate will map business processes, document functional specs with Product Owners, support UAT, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced corporate banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, CS or related field.
• 6–8 years in retail/corporate banking Cards feature/portal.
• Strong SDLC knowledge; strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Experience in financial services projects and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop business process flows, user journeys, and functional specs for corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to document functional and non-functional requirements for banking capabilities.
• Work with UX/UI to ensure designs meet usability standards and align with requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with scalable solutions.
• Review UAT test cases and acceptance criteria; validate outputs.
