Job summary

RMA Consultants Pte Ltd invites a seasoned Business Analyst to gather, analyze and document business requirements for global services in banking. You will partner with stakeholders and tech teams to identify process improvements and translate needs into practical banking solutions that align with organizational goals.

The role focuses on delivering functional specifications for corporate banking capabilities, ensuring usability and technical feasibility while supporting faster decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, CS or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in retail/corporate banking Cards feature/portal.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, data analysis and Python.
• Experience in financial industry managing projects is preferred.
• Proficient in documenting requirements and stakeholder management with collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in business banking or corporate banking projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop business process flows, user journeys, and functional specs for corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for business banking capabilities (accounts, payments, cash management, cards, trade finance, loans, user administration).
• Work with UX/UI designers to ensure screen designs meet usability standards and align with requirements.
• Liaise with technology teams to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Perform UAT test case review and acceptance criteria in line with requirements.

The Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather, analyze and document business requirements while partnering closely with key stakeholders and technical teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying process improvements, translating business needs into effective solutions, and ensuring deliverables are aligned with organisational goals and objective.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business process flows, user journeys, and functional specifications that address the needs of corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Product Owners to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for business banking capabilities, including account services, payments, cash management, corporate cards, trade finance, loans, and user administration.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure screen designs meet business banking usability standards and align with business and functional requirements.
• Liaise with technology teams to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Perform UAT test case review and acceptance criteria in line with the requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 6–8 years of relevant experience in the retail/corporate banking Cards feature/portal.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), good presentations skills data analysis and python.
• Preferably experience in financial industry managing projects.
• Proficient in documentation of requirements and stakeholder management (e.g, people skills) with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in business banking, corporate banking, or financial services projects would be an advantage.
