Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on IT systems implementation in credit-risk, regulatory reporting, and core banking.
• Experience in banking wealth management and full IT project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of IFRS9 and Basel IV regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage workshops, workshops, and cross-regional collaboration.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into functional specs and data mappings.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Experience documenting requirements, functional specs, and testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Organize workshops with stakeholders to assess business needs.
• Align requirements, data mappings, and functionalities with Group and local finance teams.
• Drive application impact analysis post-workshops and ensure compliance with governance.
• Document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Translate requirements into non-functional specs for tech teams.
• Lead UAT and coordinate smooth transition to new systems.
• Maintain backlog of requirements, transformations, and adaptations.
• Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and SMEs to design solutions.
• Oversee full lifecycle: elaboration, build, transition, production.
