Infosys Consulting in Singapore seeks a Senior Principal to lead complex banking and financial services engagements, shaping open banking initiatives and regulatory responses, while developing leaders and new service offerings across APAC.

Qualifications

• Deep banking experience including digital banking and fintech is highly regarded.
• Experience with data and analytics and AI/ML is valued.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (MDs, Directors, GMs) and be seen as an industry thought leader.
• Capabilities aligned to C-level advisory (strategy and architecture).
• IT advisory experience including IT strategy and technology planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements and help identify, sell and deliver strategic transformation projects.
• Develop diagnostics, roadmaps and business cases for financial services, including digital enablement.
• Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to recruitment, mentoring and IP generation.
