Job summary

Dancepointe Academy seeks a Dance Teacher to deliver classical ballet instruction and develop engaging classroom resources. You will identify student needs to aid development and participate in academy events including concerts and public performances.

Applicants should have RAD/CSTD advanced qualifications or a dance diploma; teaching experience is preferred, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for parent interviews and staff collaboration.

Qualifications

• Min RAD / CSTD Advanced One Certificate of Achievement or Dance Diploma/Degree.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• RAD Teaching Certificate considered an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

About the role

As a Dance Teacher at Dancepointe Academy, you will teach classical ballet to students, preparing engaging resources and identifying individual student needs to support their development. You will participate in academy events including concerts and public performances, conduct parent-teacher interviews, and maintain professional standards in appearance and conduct.
