Qualifications

• 4+ years in backend development or systems engineering.
• Experience building scalable APIs and services.
• Proficient in AWS cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Backend Feature Development: design and implement new backend features aligned with business goals.
• System Architecture & Performance: improve core system architecture for scalability and reliability.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: manage AWS-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring & Alerts: setup and maintain observability with dashboards, logs, and alerts.
• Off-Hours Support: handle backend incidents during EU daytime / APAC night.
• Quality & Best Practices: ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.
