Job summary

Longbridge Singapore is seeking an experienced backend developer to design and build core systems for our AI-powered wealth management platform. You will contribute to portfolio management, NAV calculations, and rebalancing workflows in a high-performance, microservices architecture.

The role requires 5+ years of backend experience, including 2+ years in Go, with strong knowledge of data structures, concurrency, and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core backend systems for the wealth management platform, supporting portfolio management, NAV/performance calculation, and rebalancing capabilities.
• Build and optimize shared components within the wealth management system to improve development efficiency and reusability across product lines.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and reliability gaps in large-scale computation and data processing workflows to improve system stability and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across account, portfolio, and calculation modules, and continuously optimize system performance.
• Explore applying AI Agent technology to wealth management scenarios to enhance system intelligence.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop core backend systems for our wealth management platform, supporting portfolio management, asset allocation, NAV/performance calculation, and rebalancing capabilities
• Build and optimize shared components within the wealth management system to improve development efficiency and reusability across our wealth management product lines
• Identify performance bottlenecks and reliability gaps in large-scale computation and data processing workflows (e.g. batch NAV calculation, portfolio rebalancing) to improve system stability and scalability
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across account, portfolio, and calculation modules, and continuously optimize system performance
• Explore applying AI Agent technology to wealth management scenarios (e.g. investment advisory, portfolio insights) to enhance system intelligence
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years working in Go, with high-performance server-side architecture design
• Hands-on experience building microservices and high-concurrency/high-throughput production systems
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Familiar with Linux/Unix environments and common middleware internals
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Domain knowledge in wealth management, asset management, or investment products (e.g. portfolio management, fund products, robo-advisory)
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Rust
