Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a hands-on Backend Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and operations of an EV charging platform hosted in the cloud. You will lead backend architecture, ensure production stability, and mentor engineers across multiple services.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to build resilient, scalable systems, tackle real-time processing, and deliver high-availability services in a cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing backend architectures and scalable systems.
• Strong SQL knowledge with PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on debugging production issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend architecture and system design.
• Own end-to-end delivery of backend services.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Drive code quality, reviews, and engineering practices.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical initiatives.
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployment and observability.
• Optimize database performance and costs.
