Qualifications

• Hands-on with Golang and production systems.
• Nice-to-have Java experience (beginner to intermediate).

• Solid SQL with PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS.
• Experience with event streaming (Kafka) and real-time comms (WebSockets).
• Debugging production issues with practical on-call mindset.
• Cloud-native deployments on Azure or AWS.
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of system design, scalability, and failure handling.
• Experience in high-traffic or real-time platforms.
• Mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
• Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Observability tools such as Datadog or Sentry.
• Experience in EV charging, mobility, or IoT platforms.

What You’ll Need

• Familiarity with cloudnative deployments (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Grasp of system design, scalability, and failure handling.
• Experience working on high‑traffic or real‑time systems.
• Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
• Exposure to Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform or similar).
• Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Sentry or similar).
• Prior experience in EV charging, mobility, or IoT platforms.
• Familiarity with EV charging protocols such as OCPI & OCPP.
• Experience working with distributed or device‑integrated systems.
• Exposure to payment systems, billing workflows, or transaction‑heavy platforms.
