Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking aSenior Business Analyst AVP for Global Markets Securities Finance. You will partner with Trading, Operations and Technology to deliver end-to-end initiatives spanning pricing, collateral management, settlement and regulatory reporting.

Lead requirements, design, testing and deployment while coordinating across Murex, Pirum and EquiLend platforms. You will drive target operating models, automation, and process improvements, working in an Agile/Hybrid

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, IT or related discipline.
At least 5 years of Business Analysis or delivery experience in Securities Finance/Global Markets.
Strong knowledge of Securities Lending, Repo, Asset Swap, Margin Financing.
Understanding of front-to-back operating models across Trading, Ops, Collateral, Finance.
Experience with Securities Finance platforms such as Murex, Pirum, EquiLend is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Partner with Trading, Sales, Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal and Tech to deliver Securities Finance initiatives.
Lead end-to-end business analysis across scope, requirements, design, testing, implementation and prod support.
Define target operating models, drive automation and platform modernization.
Translate requirements into practical rules, workflows, data needs and interfaces.
Coordinate with trading platforms, settlement, custodians and risk/reporting systems.
Facilitate workshops, manage traceability and stakeholder alignment on scope and acceptance criteria.
Lead SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover and production readiness.
Support vendor evaluations, roadmaps and market-practice awareness.
