Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Global Markets Business Analyst (AVP) to partner with stakeholders across front, middle and back office for strategic changes and regulatory work. You will lead end-to-end analysis, design solutions and support rollout of platform transformations within Global Markets.

The role requires 5+ years in Global Markets business analysis, strong trade lifecycle knowledge, and hands-on with JIRA/Confluence; Murex MX.3 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Global Markets.
• Strong knowledge of Global Markets products and trade lifecycles.
• Experience eliciting requirements, designing solutions and testing support.
• Experience delivering banking/regulatory/digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.Your Opportunity Starts Here.# **Key Roles & Responsibilities*** Partner with Global Markets business stakeholders, Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Technology teams to deliver strategic business, regulatory and platform transformation initiatives.* Lead end-to-end business analysis across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, solution design, process modelling, testing, implementation and production rollout.* Analyse and optimise front-to-back trade lifecycle processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, digitalisation and control enhancement.* Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, working closely with Technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.* Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, drive consensus on business requirements, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology outcomes.* Support programme planning, prioritisation, governance, vendor evaluation and roadmap execution across Global Markets initiatives.* Maintain awareness of market trends, regulatory developments, emerging technologies and industry best practices to support business innovation and platform modernisation. # **Key Qualifications & Experience*** Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.* 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within Global Markets, Treasury, Capital Markets or Investment Banking environments.* Strong understanding of Global Markets products and trade lifecycles, including FX, FX Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equities, Equity Derivatives, Money Markets and Treasury products.* Good knowledge of front-to-back processes spanning Trading, Sales, Middle Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, Settlement and Regulatory Reporting.* Proven experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, solution design, functional specification and testing support.* Experience delivering business, regulatory, digital transformation or platform implementation initiatives in a banking or financial markets environment.* Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business and technology teams.* Self-motivated team player with strong ownership, analytical thinking and delivery focus.* Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence and related delivery tools.* Experience with Murex MX.3 and/or other Global Markets platforms will be a strong advantage.
