Job summary

OCBC Group is recruiting a Business Analyst (Global Markets) to work onsite in Singapore. You will support strategic imperatives from senior leaders and collaborate with across Treasury, FX, derivatives, and digital assets teams.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, creating functional specs, user stories, and guiding tests and Go-Live in SDLC and Agile/SCRUM. Strong stakeholder management and knowledge of JIRA/Confluence are essential.

Qualifications

University or Post Graduate degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Global Markets and treasury products.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence; familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Ability to elicit requirements and document functional specifications.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver strategic imperatives.
Contribute to Global Markets projects across FX, derivatives, securities, digital assets.
Perform requirement analysis, functional specs, user stories, testing, and go-live in SDLC/Agile.
Evaluate processes and propose innovative solutions; stay updated on markets and tech trends.
Act as liaison between business and technology users.
