Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst for a mission-driven tech organisation serving Singapore's national security and public-safety sector. You will lead the analysis on complex, cross-functional initiatives with roughly 70% hands-on delivery and 30% strategic input.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, product delivery or digital transformation.
• Strong requirements, process modelling and workshop facilitation skills.
• Hands-on with SQL/Excel, plus Jira, Confluence, Miro or Lucidchart.
• Agile/Scrum and UAT experience.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and conflicting stakeholder needs.

• Turn ambiguous needs into testable requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and specs.
• Bring competing stakeholder priorities to agreement using evidence.
• Map current-state and future-state processes and push for structural improvements over quick fixes.
• Use data (SQL, Excel, dashboards) to inform recommendations and measure outcomes.
• Validate ideas early with prototypes, pilots and PoCs.
• Lead UAT and testing through to go-live, and support Agile delivery planning.
• Coach junior BAs and help build BA practice across the team.

About the Role

Our client is a newly established, mission-driven technology organisation building digital solutions for Singapore's national security and public-safety sector.
