BeathChapman Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis on complex cross-functional initiatives in the national security and public-safety sector. The role blends hands-on delivery (70%) with strategic input (30%), and includes coaching junior BAs and shaping the BA practice.

You will run workshops, translate needs into testable requirements, model processes, and drive UAT through go-live with data-driven decision making.

Competenze

Minimum 5 years in business analysis, product delivery or digital transformation.
Strong requirements gathering, process modelling and workshop facilitation.
Hands-on with SQL and Excel; experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or Lucidchart.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and UAT.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting stakeholders.
Public sector or security-domain experience is a plus.

About the Role

Our client is a newly established, mission-driven technology organisation building digital solutions for Singapore’s national security and public-safety sector. They’re looking for a Senior BA to lead the analysis on complex, cross-functional initiatives. The work is roughly 70% hands-on delivery and 30% strategic input.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery through workshops and interviews, question assumptions, and frame the real problem
Turn ambiguous needs into testable requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and specs
Bring competing stakeholder priorities to agreement using evidence
Map current-state and future-state processes and push for structural improvements over quick fixes
Use data (SQL, Excel, dashboards) to inform recommendations and measure outcomes
Validate ideas early with prototypes, pilots and PoCs
Lead UAT and testing through to go-live, and support Agile delivery planning
Coach junior BAs and help build BA practice across the team
