Job summary
People Profilers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join our industrial automation and inspection equipment team near Lavender/Bendemeer MRT.
You will create, maintain, and analyze sales and market data using Excel, SAP, and company software to steer sales direction and market development strategies. The role requires 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field with 3-6yrs of marketing experience (B2B preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Modern Excel, Power BI, or Power Automate is a plus
- Proactive in proposing ideas for sales improvement
- Curious and analytical – investigates reasons behind outcomes
- Purpose-driven – always questions the "why" behind actions
- High hospitality standards – anticipates and understands others' needs
- Action-oriented – ready to take immediate action
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and analyze sales and market data using Excel, SAP, and companysoftware

- Investigate root causes behind sales outcomes and market trends
- Support lead generation, promotional campaigns, and B2B marketing initiatives
