Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills with ability to assess transaction structures and credit risks.
• Knowledge of securitisation and structured finance concepts; familiarity with regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Originate, structure, execute and monitor securitisation and structured finance transactions across Asia Pacific.
• Develop financial models, perform credit analysis, prepare credit applications and related documents.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to review agreements and documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify credit risks, presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Support business development, market intelligence gathering and regulatory compliance initiatives.
