SATS Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced HSSE leader to drive enterprise‑wide safety governance across aviation operations.

You will shape the Singapore Hub HSSE strategy, lead regulatory compliance, and build a proactive safety culture with strong risk ownership. You will oversee certification programs (ISO45001, ISAGO), manage audits and investigations, and translate complex safety risks into strategic actions for leadership, regulators, and stakeholders.

Formación

• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide HSSE initiatives.
• Experience in aviation safety strategies and governance.
• Internal auditing qualifications or experience advantageous.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to coach and develop safety professionals and engage senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and govern the Singapore Hub HSSE strategy, policies, frameworks and risk management.
• Provide enterprise-wide oversight of SMS effectiveness and regulatory alignment.
• Champion a proactive safety culture with accountability across units and leadership.
• Direct certification and assurance programmes (ISO45001, ISAGO) and accreditation readiness.
• Oversee HSSE audits, inspections and timely resolution of findings.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis and organisational learning.
• Drive HSSE data analytics to identify risks and inform decisions.
• Provide strategic advisory support to senior leadership on HSSE matters.
• Represent SATS with regulators, customers, industry bodies and stakeholders.
• Develop HSSE capability and leadership across the function.
