Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior HSEQ Executive to lead health, safety, environment and quality initiatives in our manufacturing/warehousing operations in Singapore.

The role covers developing and maintaining HSEQ systems (ISO 9001/14001/45001), ensuring WSH compliance, conducting audits and investigations, and driving continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. AWS and VB are provided as part of a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Senior Fire Safety Manager Cert (SFSM) or FSM required.
• Experience in HSE and Quality in manufacturing/plant or warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Familiarity with Singapore WSH regulations and BizSafe.
• Experience in audits, incident investigations and safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HSEQ systems including ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
• Ensure compliance with local WSH regulations and other requirements.
• Promote safety awareness and good HSE practices across the organisation.
• Conduct HSE training, risk assessments, incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies on licences, permits and regulatory matters.
• Maintain QMS and ensure ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Lead internal, external and certification audits.
• Manage CAPA arising from non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Monitor quality KPIs, defects and process deviations; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production and other departments to improve quality and safety.
• Maintain HSEQ documentation and records.
• Provide HSEQ updates and recommendations to Management.
