Job summary

Moove is seeking an AV Tech 3 in Singapore to act as a senior technical authority within depot operations. You will manage advanced diagnostics, high‑voltage safety, and warranty execution while mentoring technicians to master-level proficiency.

You will coordinate with engineering, ensure rigorous documentation, and uphold rider‑only launch‑ready standards across all vehicle services. This role requires hands‑on leadership in a fast‑paced depot and strict safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in advanced automotive/autonomous vehicle environments, incl. OEM warranty execution and lead responsibilities.
• Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred.
• ASE Master Technician status highly desired; HV systems certification or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Perform authorized OEM warranty repairs on critical vehicle systems including high-voltage components.
• Act as final internal authority for diagnostic faults and on-site issue resolution.
• Validate repairs using diagnostic tools and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead technical growth through coaching of Senior Technicians and SOP compliance.
