Job summary

Moove AV is seeking an AV Tech 2 to perform complex hardware, software, and diagnostic operations on autonomous vehicle platforms. The role requires independence, precision, and strict safety standards to keep vehicles launch-ready for rider-only service.

The candidate will execute advanced R&R on onboard compute units, sensor arrays, and execute software loading campaigns across the fleet, while maintaining documentation and adhering to safety protocols for high-voltage systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform AV Tech 1 duties.
• 3–5 years in automotive or aerospace maintenance with focus on complex electronic systems.
• Associate degree preferred in Automotive Tech, Electronics, or Robotics.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced removal and replacement of complex system components including high-performance onboard compute units and camera systems.
• Perform precise swaps for radar sensors and IMUs.
• Oversee startup, bootup and software loading for autonomous vehicle platforms.
• Manage installation and data logging hardware for mission-critical data capture.
• Conduct network triage to diagnose communication faults in the AV suite.
